-April 11th, Toronto ON, The Hospital for Sick Children, 3-7:30pm

-April 25th, Toronto ON, Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, 3:30-7:30pm
The Pathway to Prevention Study is screening relatives for type 1 diabetes related autoantibodies through a simple blood draw which help determine risk to develop type 1 diabetes and eligibility for a prevention trial or close monitoring.
Anyone between the ages of 1 and 45 with a parent, sibling, or child with type 1 diabetes or anyone between the ages of 1 and 20 with a cousin, niece/nephew, aunt/uncle, half-sibling or grandparent with type 1 diabetes may be eligible to participate at no cost.
